About The Position

This spring, join Susquehanna to learn more about our Operations Team from employees and leaders in our business. Throughout the program, you’ll get to learn about how our Operations Analysts problem solve with traders, technologists, and brokerage firms; develop an understanding of how options trading works; and get a sense of our unique culture and work environment.

Requirements

• Students planning to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Background and interest in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math/Applied Math, MIS, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
• Submit a resume to be considered for the program.

Responsibilities
