The scheduler integrates various types of work, builds and maintains schedule logic using tools like Primavera P6, and coordinates with multiple departments including planners, engineers, maintenance, operations, and vendors to ensure accuracy and alignment. Key responsibilities include reviewing work orders, validating resource loading, identifying conflicts, tracking restraints, and supporting schedule governance. During outage execution, the scheduler updates schedules to reflect progress and emergent scope, supports daily turnover, and performs schedule analysis for path management and recovery planning. The role also involves ensuring schedules comply with Technical Specification constraints, shutdown risk expectations, and ALARA considerations, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
