Process request for Discharges in multiple Provinces using various FCT and web-based platforms within the established SLA. Review, interpret and ensure Discharge is completely correctly and registered as per Provincial Requirements. Respond to communications via multiple mediums in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and aligned with FCT’s values and our Customer Centricity model.

Requirements

  • Law Clerk, Real Estate or Mortgage experience is required (1-3 Years Related Experience)
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skill
  • Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the administration of department programs and services, including document preparation, document registration and response to customer inquiries within established timeframes.
  • Read and understand search of title from multiple provinces
  • Resolution of file deficiencies or customer service issues while adhering to risk management policies and elevating to the Manager or Underwriting where required
  • Action internal reporting within established deadlines
  • Accountable to maintain current knowledge on all corporate and lender policies and procedures and apply as applicable.
