About The Position

As a Disbursement Control Agent, you will analyze and authorize disbursements, ensuring compliance with the conditions of financing applications. You will contact members and clients to follow up on disbursement prerequisites, adhering to current standards and rules. This role requires adaptability and a focus on results, with close collaboration with colleagues and partners involved in financing files. You will also assist the manager in maintaining up-to-date documentation and in employee coaching and training.

Requirements

• College diploma in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Complete the disbursement roadmap and validate guarantees.
• Prepare activity plan for BBO SSC to handle disbursement.
• Finalize the file by archiving and following up on missing documents.
• Comply with current policies, practices and standards, as well as legislation governing the distribution of financial products and services.
