About The Position

ServiceMaster by Griffing, a leading provider of fire, water, and mold damage restoration services to commercial and residential properties in Northeast PA, is seeking an experienced Crew Chief or an individual with the willingness and aptitude to learn. This role involves responding to disaster-affected areas and providing essential restoration services. Schooling and paid training opportunities are available for those looking to develop their skills in this field.

Requirements

• Confidence in providing solutions to problems.
• Detail oriented and understanding of the importance of safety.
• Dedication to working full time and overtime hours.
• Available to work nights, weekends and on-call hours.
• Personable and able to create a positive customer experience.
• Ability to utilize technology and basic math.
• Comfortable working inside and outside in disaster affected areas.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pound equipment unassisted on a regular basis.
• IICRC Certification required (or willingness to learn and be trained).
• Must pass a Background Check.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
• Able to express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
• Respirators must be able to seal to your face for safety reasons.
