About The Position

ICF is seeking experienced emergency management professionals for its Disaster Response Finance/Administration Section Reservist Cadre. This is an on-call role supporting disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience missions across the United States. Assignments are activated according to project and disaster operational needs and may take place at Emergency Operations Centers, Joint Field Offices, Disaster Recovery Centers, client sites, field locations, or remotely. They should be prepared to deploy with limited notice, work flexible schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and support incident operations in dynamic, fast-paced environments. On-call employees are scheduled as work becomes available and may accept or decline assignments. They may work on concurrent projects outside ICF assignments provided there is no conflict of interest. The role supports finance, procurement, grants, administrative, and recordkeeping functions for emergency management and disaster recovery operations. It requires collaboration with finance, logistics, planning, and operational teams, and support for compliance with applicable government, organizational, contractual, and grant requirements. A separate list of completed coursework, trainings, and deployments may be requested. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; the position is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship.
