About The Position

This position, formerly known as Williams Sausage Company and now named Hickman Rd Plant/Greenfield Dr Plant, is located at 5132 Old Troy Hickman Road, Union City, TN. The role is for a Food Production - Disassembly Skilled PR08 – Debone - Full-Time position with a starting pay of $22.95/HR. Boners debone meat from hog carcasses.

Requirements

Requires the use of knives and knife sharpening equipment.
Manual dexterity required for performing job.
Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
6 Months work experience with one employer in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

Debone meat from hog carcasses.
Keep work area clean and tidy during production.
Recondition meat that has touched an unsanitary surface.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) as specified in plant’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP).
Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
Other duties as assigned.
