About The Position

Associates will be responsible for disassembling engine cores, which involves the removal of various components such as bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, and cylinder heads. This process utilizes a range of tools including impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling. Following disassembly, parts will be loaded into baskets for washing. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong hand dexterity, and problem-solving skills. The work environment is climate-controlled.

Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approx. 8-10 hours).
Ability to use handheld tools such as impacts, hammers, and drills.
Standing: 8 hrs.
Walking: 2 hrs.
Sitting: 0 hrs.
Stooping (forward leaning): sometimes.
Reaching/Working Overhead: sometimes.

Responsibilities

Disassemble entire engine cores.
Remove components such as bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, and cylinder heads.
Utilize various tools including impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling.
Load disassembled parts into baskets for washing.
Maintain attention to detail, hand dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
