About The Position

Te Roopu Taurima is New Zealand's largest kaupapa Māori disability support provider. We support people with intellectual and physical disabilities to live great lives, build connections, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their communities. We're looking for experienced Lifestyle Coaches to join our South Auckland team. In this role, you'll work alongside the people we support, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and live the life they choose.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in New Zealand supporting people with disabilities or in a related community-based support role
• Experience working independently and supporting people with complex needs
• A Level 3 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• A full New Zealand driver's licence
• Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
• Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
