ICF is seeking a Disability Specialist to join a team of experts supporting the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) in its mission to foster health and well-being. This role is part of a project focused on preventing sexual abuse by conducting compliance audits and providing technical assistance to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) provider community. The team's objective is to identify and address clinical, behavioral health, disability-related, and psychosocial risk factors, ensuring that system-wide practices, policies, and provider operations promote safe, trauma-informed, and compliant care environments to prevent sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other forms of child abuse and neglect. This position is expected to last six months, with potential for extension. The Disability Specialist will ensure children with disabilities are protected from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and that environments and services meet medical, safety, and accessibility standards. This is a full-time position requiring on-call/after-hours availability and approximately 25% travel to provider sites.
