Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Supply Chain practice works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions and supply chain transformations. We are a group of experienced strategy and transaction professionals with a background in supply chain and operations who work across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. As such, we bring a wealth of deep sector and supply chain functional knowledge to our clients in the context of complex transactions and transformations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
  • Significant management consulting experience.
  • Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine passion for taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world, and work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
  • Help our clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions of the supply chain.
  • Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support to key decision makers.
