About The Position

The Wealth Advisor manages client relationships directly or in partnership with a senior leader and guides the full advisory cycle—from onboarding and financial planning to ongoing investment reviews and ad hoc advice. With significant autonomy, this role serves as a key leverage point for firm leadership, enabling executives to focus on the firm’s largest and most complex households. The Wealth Advisor also connects the Advisory, Investment, and Operations teams and partners with leadership to help grow and strengthen the business. This role is ideal for an advisor with experience working with ultra-high net worth clients. This successful candidate combines deep financial planning and investment expertise with the judgment, ownership and mentorship instincts to help set the standard for client service in a boutique, high-touch environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a book of high-net-worth client relationships
  • Deep financial planning expertise across investments, tax, estate, and risk
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, investment policy statements, and portfolio monitoring
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and client-facing presence
  • High integrity, discretion, and a client-first mindset
  • Experience mentoring or overseeing junior advisory staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab Advisor Center) and CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Wealthbox, Addepar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
