LCRA is seeking a strategic leader with strong technical capabilities to manage and direct the overall activities of Water Supply Planning, Water Contracts and Water Conservation. The responsibilities embedded within this director position are a critical foundation for all that we do. You will provide leadership in developing future water supply options and management strategies – including the development and implementation of the Water Management Plan and the Water Supply Resource Report, supporting the Region K planning process, water rights management, and groundwater development. You will also be responsible for leading initiatives and representing LCRA’s interests at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Water Development Board, groundwater conservation districts, and numerous water agencies.
