About The Position

We are seeking a Director or Vice President of Affiliate Operations at CardioNexus (CVAUSA’s affiliate network) to lead the growth and performance of our expanding network of affiliated physician practices. This role will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, driving operational performance, and ensuring successful adoption of our platform services across the network. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of operations, physician engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operator who can work directly with physicians and practice leaders to improve performance while scaling a high-growth platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare services
  • Experience working with physician practices or provider organizations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including revenue cycle and practice workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive change in complex environments
  • Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization, MSO, CIN, or PE-backed platform
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and/or care management programs
  • Experience scaling operations across a distributed network
  • Strong operational and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable working with physicians and clinical leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of new affiliated practices, including operational transition and integration into the platform
  • Coordinate across internal teams (value-based care, technology, revenue cycle, clinical, and analytics) to ensure smooth implementation
  • Establish standardized onboarding processes, timelines and growth plans
  • Partner with affiliated practices to improve performance across key areas, including revenue cycle, patient access, and practice operations
  • Track and manage performance using defined KPIs and dashboards
  • Identify gaps and implement targeted improvement initiatives
  • Drive utilization of company services, including CVAUSA’s NSO products, revenue cycle management, care management programs, and ancillary services
  • Partner with practices to ensure services are effectively implemented and delivering measurable value
  • Monitor performance and ROI of deployed services
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for affiliate leadership, including physicians and administrators
  • Lead regular operating reviews and performance discussions
  • Build strong relationships and align stakeholders around shared goals
  • Work closely with innovation, business development, clinical leadership, operations and functional leaders to create a cohesive affiliate operation.
  • Provide feedback to improve platform offerings based on affiliate needs
  • Support development of scalable operating models across the network
