About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Director, Treasury to serve as a subject-matter expert across Kyriba and broader Treasury solutions. This role involves leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to solve complex client challenges and provide clear, actionable guidance. The Director will own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and healthy engagement economics. They will build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, expand engagements across Treasury and other Clearsulting practices, and provide quality assurance on key deliverables. The role requires stepping into critical meetings to guide teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, the Director will lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Strategic initiatives to address evolving client needs, market trends, and Clearsulting’s practice priorities will be defined and executed. The Director will also identify and shape new offerings, capabilities, and innovations. In business development, they will act as a senior leader, driving independent sales efforts including client expansions, new logo acquisition, and cross-practice collaboration. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline, contributing to proposals, deal strategy, and positioning are key. Representing Clearsulting in the market as a credible and influential leader, building relationships with clients, prospects, and alliance partners, and contributing to thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and brand-building efforts are also essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in professional services in a delivery role
  • 4+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience
  • At least 4 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered)
  • Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes
  • Experience providing TMS subject-matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations
  • CTP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong pulse across your project portfolio by providing quality assurance on key deliverables, solution designs, and configurations.
  • Step into critical meetings or workstreams as needed to guide teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a broad set of team members across levels, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team capability and leadership pipeline.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives that address evolving client needs, market trends, and Clearsulting’s practice priorities.
  • Identify and shape new offerings, capabilities, and innovations that enhance the firm’s value proposition.
  • Act as a senior leader in business development, driving independent sales efforts including client expansions, new logo acquisition, and cross-practice collaboration.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while contributing to proposals, deal strategy, and positioning.
