About The Position

The Director, Treasury will lead the design and execution of Pizza Hut’s global treasury function, including liquidity management, capital structure, banking strategy, and financial risk management. As Pizza Hut transitions to a standalone company, this role will be critical in establishing a right-sized, independent treasury capability, including building processes, governance, and external relationships previously supported through Yum! infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic financial stewardship with operational execution, ensuring strong cash management, ample liquidity, risk mitigation, and support of business priorities.
