Transaction Services is the Global Process Owner of Accounts Payable, T&E Auditing and Processing, Card Program Administration, Supplier Maintenance, Purchase Order Maintenance, and Help Desk functions. Our purpose is to maintain operations for these functions while ensuring standardized, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Oracle Financials experience
  • Solid understanding of Procure to Payment processes
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance practices
  • Strength in managing multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables
  • Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate influence through personal effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations and service delivery
  • Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Support strategic projects that maximize business value
  • Perform as an individual contributor for operations functions as needed
  • Execute on initiatives to improve process, reduce cost and accelerate productivity
  • Support expansion initiatives and M&A integrations
  • Support projects to advance KPI/Metrics and Performance Management
  • Support monthly operational reporting and help operation leaders address quality, timeliness and completeness
  • Work closely with operations to identify process improvement opportunities and implement them quickly
  • Translate process optimization needs into process improvement objectives, including roadmaps, metrics and desired outcomes
  • Tie them into SLAs and other objectives, and track time and cost savings
  • Report any risk areas in the operations, document incidents, and coordinate with operations to identify and implement remediation
  • Design and update controls to ensure processes are compliant and risks are mitigated
  • Conduct self-audits to ensure controls and remediation are effective
  • Ensure standard operating procedures in SharePoint are complete, refreshed regularly, and used consistently
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align on initiatives, including M&A COE and Analytics & Automation
