This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a seasoned, hands-on Director of Transaction Coordination Services to build and lead this new national operation. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing high-performing TC teams and understanding the demands of residential real estate transactions. This is an on-site leadership role at the Stuart, FL headquarters, requiring close collaboration with leadership and the transaction coordination staff. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large, distributed transaction coordination team, including virtual assistants, supporting hundreds of thousands of real estate agents nationwide. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in coaching, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence.
