The Director, Total Rewards is responsible for providing leadership in the implementation, ongoing maintenance and regulatory compliance of total rewards programs/systems. This role directs Enviva’s Total Rewards policies, objectives, and initiatives, and recommends improvements to Total Rewards strategies aligned with Enviva’s People Strategy and organizational objectives. The position effectively communicates programs and leads change management initiatives across the function, supporting the employee value proposition through competitive, equitable, and meaningful rewards programs designed to attract, engage, and retain employees. The Director will partner with HR Leadership, Finance, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to align total rewards programs and practices with organizational priorities, workforce needs, retention, and operational objectives.
