We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director, Total Rewards & Payroll to design, lead, and continuously evolve programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting the company's next phase of growth. As a key member of the HR leadership team, this role is responsible for the strategy, administration, and optimization of compensation, benefits, payroll, incentive programs, compliance, and other rewards initiatives, ensuring our offerings are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. This leader will oversee compensation benchmarking, salary structure administration, bonus and incentive plan design, benefits strategy and vendor relationships, payroll operations, regulatory compliance, and HRIS-related rewards data and reporting. The successful candidate will build scalable programs and frameworks that can support a rapidly growing organization while partnering closely with executives, finance, managers, and HR colleagues to strengthen the employee value proposition, reinforce company culture, and drive business performance through effective total rewards strategies.
