This role is within the Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success Total Rewards (MAVS TR) team, part of the Human Resources (HR) organization. The team's mission is to enable employees to do their best work and ensure Microsoft is an exceptional place to work. The Director will leverage total rewards programs and services, collaborating with the broader Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success (MAVS) team to integrate employees from acquired companies into Microsoft. This role is critical for the success of million-to-billion dollar acquisitions. Acquisitions, commercial partnerships, joint ventures, and other company transactions are integral to Microsoft’s long-term growth strategy. The Director will drive value by understanding deal strategies and value drivers, providing total rewards consultation, expertise, and design that align with the strategy and talent management needs for successful transactions. Responsibilities include collaborating effectively, driving clarity across the MAVS organization, demonstrating strong project management capabilities, fostering a bias towards action, and delivering results for acquisition success.
