T HE ROLE The Director of Ti cket Sales & Service will execute strategic plans and outreach spanning new sales, season ticket renewals, premium offerings, group and single game sales, and fan retention across Georgia Tech Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Baseball as well as select third-party events hosted in athletics venues as needed. This role works closely with department leadership, external relations, ticket office, and Alexander-Tharpe Fund to drive sustainable revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class experience for Yellow Jacket fans. This role serves as the day-to-day revenue leader for ticket sales and service operations, requiring proven success developing high-performing teams, driving strategic revenue initiatives, and executing integrated fan engagement strategies across Georgia Tech Athletics .
