The organization serves as both a development platform for business and basketball operations and a revenue-driving property, with strong emphasis on community engagement, innovation, and fan growth. The Director of Ticket Sales is responsible for leading all ticket revenue strategies and execution for Motor City Cruise, with a primary focus on group sales, season ticket membership growth, and individual game sales performance. Closely aligning with the President of Business Operations’ vision and expectations, this role oversees sales strategy, inventory management, and team leadership, while working cross-functionally to maximize revenue, attendance, and fan engagement.
