About The Position

The Director of Operations & Fulfillment will own end-to-end execution and operational performance for the QSR program. This role is accountable for launching QSR partners reliably, ensuring consistent day-to-day fulfillment, and continuously improving speed, cost, and quality as the business scales.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

Own QSR launch execution, coordinating across store operations, delivery, product, and partner teams to ensure smooth, on-time go-lives
Act as the operational quarterback during pilots and expansions, resolving issues quickly and protecting the customer experience
Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training, enabling repeatable, scalable execution across markets and partners
Track and manage fulfillment performance, including SLAs, on-time delivery, cost drivers, and defect rates
Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, partnering with data, product, and ops teams to address performance gaps
Support testing and rollout of new workflows and features, ensuring operational readiness before scale

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock
