About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Senior Manager of Identity & Research will own the identification, prioritization, and strategic evaluation of QSR brands and parent companies for the Walmart platform. This role provides the analytical and strategic foundation for growth by ensuring the business focuses on the right partners, in the right order, with a clear value proposition for each. Scope & Responsibilities Identify and prioritize QSR brands and parent companies based on customer relevance, market opportunity, and scalability Develop tailored value propositions for priority brands, informed by customer insights, economics, and competitive dynamics Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform partner strategy and sequencing decisions Partner closely with Business Development and Business Strategy to align partner targeting with overall QSR goals Maintain a prioritized partner pipeline, updating recommendations as learnings, performance, and market conditions evolve Impact on the Business Ensures the QSR business focuses on high-impact partners, not just the loudest or most available ones Improves speed and quality of partner decisions, reducing wasted effort and rework Strengthens partner conversations with clear, data-backed value propositions Aligns growth efforts with customer demand and economic realities Creates a repeatable, scalable approach to partner prioritization as QSR expands At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
