About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Director of Partner Acquisition will own the end-to-end activation and growth of QSR partners on the Walmart platform. This role is accountable for onboarding partners and turning them into meaningful volume by ensuring operational readiness, driving demand through testing and promotions, and scaling what works as the business grows. Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

Own QSR partner onboarding and readiness, ensuring menus, pricing, SLAs, and configurations are accurate and customer-ready at launch
Lead demand generation and growth strategy for QSR partners, partnering closely with Marketing, CX, and Business Development to drive adoption and volume
Design and run growth experiments across pricing, promotions, rewards, and UX to test what drives customer behavior and improves unit economics
Measure performance and scale wins, translating test results into repeatable growth playbooks
Partner on co-marketing initiatives with QSR brands to drive awareness, trial, and repeat usage
