This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Technical Services operations across the North America & South America (“NASA”) depot network, including capacity management, depot cycle turn-time optimization, repair performance, and overall service delivery. This role will drive operational efficiency, ensure consistent service standards across the region, and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and customer requirements.
