About The Position
The Director of Technical Operations is responsible for the daily operations and management of assigned locations, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. This includes overseeing human resources, accounting, marketing support, budgeting, client relations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBA) in managing local union operations. The role also encompasses project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with client and company goals. The manager must develop and implement procedures to meet customer-specific contract requirements across multiple accounts and sites while managing the overall performance and service delivery to clients.
