We are seeking a Director, Talent Partnerships to play a pivotal role in transforming how we align people, strategy, and organizational capability. This is not a traditional human resources (HR) leadership role. This is an opportunity to design and lead a modern talent partnership model, elevate strategic advisory capability, and directly influence how the organization delivers on its mandate. Reporting to the Vice President, People, Culture & Learning, you will shape and lead the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model, partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable workforce and talent strategies, ensuring enterprise programs are thoughtfully designed, adopted, impactful, and measurable, and build a team capable of delivering insightful, data-informed talent solutions.
