The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic partner to business leaders and a key builder of eMed’s hiring engine. This role is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy while personally partnering with executives and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Talent Acquisition will translate business strategy into workforce and hiring plans, define role success profiles, and bring rigor, structure, and market insight into every hiring decision. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic advisory capability with direct recruiting execution, earning credibility and influence through delivery. The ideal candidate is a builder who has scaled recruiting functions before, is deeply trusted by hiring managers, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where strategy and execution must move together.
