About The Position

As the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) you will lead Net at Work’s recruiting center of excellence (COE) and be responsible for day-day tactical execution across all facets of the recruiting lifecycle including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, data reporting & analytics, candidate & internal stakeholder experience, third-party vendor management, ATS-technology optimization, and workforce solutions. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering a best-in-class function by partnering and collaborating across our internal teams, up to and including executive leadership. As a leader, player-coach, and individual contributor, the Director, Talent Acquisition is also responsible for helping to create and deploy best practices, ensuring the professional development of each team member, while also holding the global team and vendor network accountable for operational excellence. Additionally, directly recruiting for assigned requisitions. As a member of our leadership team, you are expected to be a role model and champion of our core values.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of progressive recruiting expertise.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5+ leading managers/supervisors; providing coaching and development within a like environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Balanced, pragmatic, and objective mindset with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of creating deep, value-added partnerships across all levels and stakeholders.
  • Executive relationship management expertise --- capability to influence at all levels of the organization required.
  • Experience with process improvement tools, KPIs, SLAs, and recruiting metrics.
  • Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
  • Knowledge and extensive use of server-based applicant tracking systems such as (Rippling, Paycom, ADP, Workday, Taleo, Bullhorn, etc.).
  • Experience developing a staffing model/plan to meet the recruiting needs of the business.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills for interacting with management, candidates, and vendors.
  • Extensive data analytics experience and mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to operate as a player-coach, as this role will be responsible for recruiting for critical openings.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to successfully navigate challenging issues and deliver successful results in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed and highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to objectively coach, mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day operational efficiencies and improvements across our recruiting team and center of excellence.
  • Directly recruit for assigned requisitions.
  • Optimize existing applicant tracking system (ATS); system configuration, approval flows, automation, data reporting, and the like.
  • Participate in the discovery and design of innovative technology platforms and tools to deliver improved talent acquisition lifecycle best practices, user experiences, automation, and reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and execute well-constructed business plans that highlight a clear path/roadmap to elevating team performance and consistently delivering operational excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership and counsel to the talent acquisition team and broader business; best-practices, challenge resolution, prioritization, change management, market trend analysis, and leveraging/expanding data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and implement corporate Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual talent acquisition performance & staffing review meetings.
  • Create/leverage standardized reports, OKR’s/KPI’s to validate company-wide performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder/employee experience across the global organization.
  • Deliver training and best-practices awareness to internal stakeholders, to help continuously elevate collective team’s ability to assess, select, hire, and onboard exceptional talent.
  • Participate in and assess company-wide headcount growth plans and initiatives to proactively ensure an appropriate level of internal, third party, and subcontractor recruitment resources are properly scaled to effectively meet fluctuations in staffing demands.
  • Collaborate and partner with Marketing to help deliver and participate in various brand awareness events, programs, and social media strategies to drastically elevate the volume and quality of our various talent pools for various searches and staff augmentation projects.
  • Leverage brand awareness to drive candidate attraction and engagement; cross-leverage product intrigue to create demand for employment opportunities with external candidate audiences.
  • Fine tune and align responsiveness models, processes maps, RACI models, and SLA’s between HRBPs & TA, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across all HR functions (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, etc.) to design effective strategies aligned with Net at Work’s revenue, client, and TA goals.
  • Maintain organizational agility by translating key business goals and drivers to Net at Work’s TA vision and scope, to ensure flexible alignment between global business needs and TA activity.
  • Assist in the development and management of a TA operating budget to ensure execution within annual and long-range plans.
  • Manage Executive searches as needed/assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and federal regulations and requirements, including but not limited to, OFCCP, EEOC, Federal Selection Guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Other duties as assigned.
