A Brief Overview The Director, Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership for enterprise Talent Acquisition, driving end-to-end recruiting strategy, operations, execution, and delivery across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities, build scalable recruiting capabilities, modernize the Talent Acquisition function, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes that enable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Typically 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience required.
  • Proven success leading enterprise Talent Acquisition organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Expertise in TA technology ecosystems, ATS, CRM, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience building employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, change leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and recruiting analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Typically 5+ years leading managers and enterprise recruiting organizations in a complex, matrixed environment preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise recruiting strategy, TA transformation, organizational design, and workforce planning preferred.
  • Global recruiting leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting operations, delivery, and execution across all business functions with responsibilities for the Revenue Organization.
  • Lead a team of sales recruiters delivering full lifecycle recruiting efforts to achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and long-term talent strategies.
  • Manage and provide consultation (i.e., through data/information) to business leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment between Talent Acquisition and the Business.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen TriNet's market presence and talent attraction.
  • Lead strategic recruiting initiatives and executive recruiting priorities.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill talent pipelines.
  • Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, diversity outcomes, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiter productivity.
  • Drive operational excellence through technology optimization, automation, analytics, and scalable recruiting practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with TA Operations to optimize recruiting technology, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Manage relationships with RPO providers, recruiting vendors, and technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational hiring requirements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices across the enterprise.
  • Influence executives through labor market intelligence, recruiting analytics, and strategic talent insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
