This role serves as a strategic leader who builds and develops a high-performing recruiting team while driving operational excellence, process improvement, technology optimization, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategy. Working closely with Human Resources leadership, business leaders, and pharmacy operations teams across the organization, the Director, Talent Acquisition ensures the delivery of exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while creating scalable recruiting solutions that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
