About The Position

The Director, Talent Acquisition will be part of the Talent Leadership team that is driving a talent organization transformation with a focus on talent strategy, operational improvements, delivering results to hiring stakeholders, stakeholder management and developing a world class TA team for a rapidly growing organization in which hiring is a key driver of our growth. This role will be the strategic partner for hiring executives and will lead and execute on hiring efforts for roles in dedicated regions across 450+ locations and 3,500+ team members. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated strategic thinker with a history of developing talent, delivering hiring results, and improving operations. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. The leader must be able to create, interpret and communicate hiring strategies, workflows, expectations, and the value of working at PT Solutions. The Director, Talent Acquisition must be able to ensure compliance with hiring standards as well as foster a culture rich in positive employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Talent experience
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare organizations is preferred
  • ATS experience, with Business Intelligence and reporting experience required
  • Excellent communication, team building and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional ability to create and implement recruitment strategies
  • Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced, growth driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PPT
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is highly preferred
  • Up to 10% travel as appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and create talent acquisition strategies that supports the growth of the practice
  • Leads and supports a team of Talent Acquisition Partners who provide recruiting support across multiple regions
  • Coaches and mentors team members and implements best practices
  • Work closely with leadership to create, build, and develop strategic sourcing and hiring strategies that integrate PT Solutions core values as well as expand opportunities for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive community
  • Communicate effectively with all layers of the practice regarding growth, talent needs, hiring expectations and workflow changes
  • Utilize out of the box thinking and creativity to resolve hiring challenges
  • Create engaging team environment for remote TA Partners
  • Set and manage team performance goals, KPI’s and metrics
  • Clearly define, communicate, and implement key objectives that engage and hold Talent Team accountable for deliverables
  • Create a culture rooted in problem solving, teamwork and collaboration on projects as well as in filling roles in challenging markets
  • Providing talent acquisition updates including reporting analytics, trends, and competitive market intelligence
  • Responsible for data integrity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and other systems
  • Delivers accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual reports with specific talent metrics (i.e., hiring results, pipeline requisitions, time to fill, ad hoc projects as needed
