This position has overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition across the US for GF, and will manage all aspects of the function, including both tactical, short-term needs and long-term, strategic growth and scale. This person will own alignment of the TA strategy to the hiring plan globally for key major functions. Reporting to the VP, Global TA, this is a people manager position to lead a high performing TA team managing robust hiring demand. You will also drive some global initiatives for major functions, and will also play an important role as part of the senior leadership team for US HR and as a member of the Global TA Leadership team.
