About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition leader in the Dallas metro area to join our team as Director of Talent Acquisition for Door-to-Door External Sales. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by building and executing a best-in-class recruiting strategy that attracts, identifies, and hires top-performing D2D sales talent at scale. The ideal candidate is a high-energy recruiting leader who can build pipelines from the ground up, develop recruiting infrastructure, and partner closely with sales leadership to ensure we are consistently bringing in the right people to grow and elevate our field sales organization. Compensation for this role is a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions for high-volume field sales or D2D sales organizations
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
  • Demonstrated ability to use recruiting data and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve funnel performance
  • Experience building employer brand strategies and candidate marketing campaigns that attract top sales talent
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills — comfortable partnering with both frontline managers and executive leadership
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously across multiple markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a full-cycle talent acquisition strategy that sources, attracts, and hires high-performing D2D field sales talent across all markets
  • Build and manage scalable recruiting pipelines that ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet aggressive growth targets
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and align recruiting efforts with business priorities
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies that position Rise Broadband as the destination for top D2D sales talent
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, holding them accountable to sourcing activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Leverage data and recruiting analytics to track funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, job boards, universities, and community organizations to expand talent pipelines
  • Design and oversee a structured interview and selection process that ensures consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, L&D, and Sales Enablement to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs and new hire readiness
  • Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention
  • Drive diversity recruiting initiatives that build an inclusive and representative field sales workforce
