About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate all activities of the Department. This role involves supervising staff and ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory agencies. The departments overseen include Pre-planning, Pre-op Suite, PACU I/II, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing. The estimated salary range for this position is $129,932.84 - $172,810.68 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Masters degree.
• Registered Nurse.
• If BSN, Masters degree in nursing or healthcare/management related field required.
• Without BSN, Masters in Nursing (MSN) required.
• 3 Years of Peri-operative management in acute care setting experience required.
