About The Position
The Director Support Services is critical for the planning, organization, and coordination of all operations for Environmental Services and Guest Services within the hospital. With 11 ministries and access points across Indiana, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field - Required
- 5 years Progressive Leadership - Required
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree Health or Business Administration - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy review, revision, and implementation.
- Operate and manage departmental finances in accordance with budget guidelines.
- Supervise managers or supervisors and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.
- Provide direction, support, and guidance for coworkers regarding performance standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and objectives.
- Ensure department meets all regulatory guidelines and requirements.
