About The Position

Responsible for the day to day IS operations across division facilities including break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and project management, including prioritization. Aligns with division leadership, ePMO, and IS on division initiatives, resource allocation, escalations using appropriate processes. Responsible for budgeting, procurement and invoice processing for division IS needs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Nine (9) years demonstrated experience in IT Infrastructure, Network System, Telecommunications Systems, or Desktop Engineering.
  • Four (4) years management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong client relations and relationship building skills.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management/leadership preferred.
