About The Position

This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of the Rochester MN campus. The Director of Supply Planning-MCS is responsible for leading the MCS supply planning process. This includes validating capacity, evaluating constraints, running scenarios, and finalizing the supply plan. A key deliverable is the 36-month rolling supply plan. The position interacts closely with stakeholders at MCS performing sites to include laboratory administrative and medical leadership. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship/we will not transfer or sponsor a visa for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F1 STEM OPT extension program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, health care administration or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience
• Familiarity with planning systems
• Understanding of S&OE and integrated business planning (IBP)
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary planning teams and driving strategic alignment across functions
• Track record of building sustainable processes with proven results and continuous improvement
• General understanding of lab testing operations and test order processes
