This role leads a global, multi-level organization that serves as virtual plant management for complex external manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable supply, strong quality performance, effective risk management, and cost competitiveness. This leader will represent DPS interests to strategic EM partners and is accountable for developing, deploying, and orchestrating solutions which maximize value for both internal and external stakeholders. They will foster and advance relationships within the DPS franchise to ensure that each EM’s operational capabilities, including risk profile, meets the objectives and priorities of the different value streams. In addition to providing leadership to the EMSI organization, the Director is expected to work tactically, as needed, to ensure each EM achieves targeted service and performance metrics in the areas of continuous improvement, capacity planning, and NPI launch readiness. This person must have demonstrated agility to think long-term, focus on the big picture, while also solving for day-to-day supply integration challenges.
