About The Position

The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and executing supply plans for the North Plant to ensure optimal product availability, efficient inventory management, and alignment with demand. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with Production, Agro, Customer Service, Quality Foods Safety teams, Logistics, Planning, and Quality Foods Safety teams to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply planning, material planning (MRP), or production planning (MPS).
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or IBP/ISCP.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage supply plans (MPS) for the North Plant under both constrained and unconstrained scenarios for both domestic and export products.
Coordinate with Production to build MPS for short-term and long-term.
Work closely with the Agro team to secure potato supply aligned with production requirements.
Collaborate with Customer Service to prioritize SKUs for production to meet customer orders and achieve CFR targets.
Coordinate with Logistics to ensure warehouse capacity (RM/PM and FG) is optimized and within limits.
Partner with Demand Planning to adjust supply plans in response to demand changes.
Optimize inventory levels based on forecast accuracy, supplier reliability, and lead times to improve OTIF and CFR.
Create, maintain, and update material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Follow up with QFS to manage FG on-hold status and ensure timely release.
Support new product launches (NPD) and product phase-outs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
