About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented leader to serve as Director – Supply Chain Service Delivery. This role will lead large-scale retail supply chain operations in a global delivery model with a strong focus on operational excellence, end-to-end ownership, transformation, and value creation. The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on experience across retail supply chain functions including Space Planning, Assortment Planning, Planning & Allocation, Logistics & Transportation, Vendor Chargebacks, and Supply Chain Operations. This individual must possess the ability to lead global teams, drive strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes through process optimization, analytics, technology enablement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in retail supply chain operations and service delivery.
  • Strong real-time operational experience in retail supply chain functions.
  • Proven experience leading large global teams in shared services or global operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain processes and interconnected business impacts.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving transformation and measurable business value.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar retail supply chain platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement certification preferred.
  • Exposure to automation, AI/analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across retail supply chain operations ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage global teams across multiple geographies in a hub-and-spoke delivery model.
  • Provide leadership across Space Planning, Assortment Planning, Planning & Allocation, Logistics & Transportation, and Vendor Chargebacks.
  • Drive transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitization, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, IT, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Own service management framework for the in-scope processes including performance management, governance and review rhythm, capacity planning, knowledge management and incident management discipline.
  • Lead governance forums, executive reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Develop scalable operating models focused on efficiency, agility, and customer experience.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
