Innovating every day.™ Position Summary As the Director, Supply Chain Planning, you will lead end-to-end supply and inventory planning for Cosette's External Portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable product availability while optimizing inventory, working capital, and customer service across a complex external supply network consisting of API suppliers, CMOs, CPOs, and component vendors. In addition to operational leadership, you will play a key role in transforming the planning organization through talent development, process standardization, and digital enablement, helping build a scalable supply chain capable of supporting Cosette's future growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in planning and supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
- Experience supporting outsourced pharmaceutical manufacturing networks.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization strategies.
- SAP experience required; advanced planning systems experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.

Responsibilities
- Lead supply, inventory, and replenishment planning activities across the External Portfolio.
- Own and continuously improve the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Drive inventory optimization, service level improvements, and working capital performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, and External Manufacturing teams to ensure supply continuity.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances.
- Establish planning governance, KPIs, and performance management processes.
- Develop planning talent through coaching, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Standardize planning processes, policies, and planning methodologies across the portfolio.
- Lead adoption of advanced planning tools, automation, analytics, and digital supply chain capabilities.
- Support product launches, tech transfers, portfolio changes, and network optimization projects.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
