Director, Supply Chain – Optical Transceivers & Fiber
About The Position
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Optical Transceivers and Fiber, supporting the rapid growth of Oracle's global cloud infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply of critical networking components while driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and cross-functional execution. The Director will lead a team of Sourcing Managers and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and suppliers to support business growth and capacity requirements.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in supply chain management.
- Experience with sourcing strategy and supplier management.
- Knowledge of optical transceivers and fiber components.
- Experience in inventory optimization.
- Ability to drive cross-functional execution.
- Experience leading a team of Sourcing Managers.
- Strong partnership skills with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
