About The Position

As the Director, Supplier To Serve, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance supplier relationships and drive operational excellence across the supply chain. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen to oversee governance and continuous improvement processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will champion transformational change and manage data-driven strategies to optimize supplier performance and service delivery. Collaborating across functions, you will influence key decisions that support sustainable growth and innovation within the supplier network, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. The SBO Global Ops & Transformation team designs, scales, and continuously enhances the Store Back Office operating model across North America and international markets. The team focuses on operational excellence, process transformation, automation, data-driven decision making, and AI adoption to simplify operations, improve supplier experience, strengthen controls, and increase productivity. Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams, the group builds a scalable global platform that supports market expansion, standardization, and long-term value creation. This team emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to drive impactful results.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive transformational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong strategic planning skills to align business expectations with organizational goals.
Expertise in data management to support informed decision-making and supplier performance evaluation.
Financial acumen to understand end-to-end impacts, and value optimization within supplier relationships.
Comprehensive understanding of governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated capability in change management to lead teams through evolving business environments.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.
7 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
