About The Position

The Studio Partnership team is responsible for expanding the network of dance studios that work with CLI and creating value for these studios by providing access to our suite of products. As our Studio Partnership Program Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing the strategy for expanding this network. You will also be expected to travel as-needed to the Conservatory (based in western Massachusetts) and industry and customer events around the country.

Requirements

Results-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Five or more years of experience working in management roles in account management or sales
Experience with the dance industry (as a former dancer or employee of a dance or danced-related company)
Experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience with productivity and CRM software

Responsibilities

Working closely with the COO and CEO to develop our Studio Partnership expansion strategy and plan
Developing and maintaining relationships with dance studio owners
Driving sales of CLI products and services
Planning and executing in-person events and workshops, including coordinating faculty, staff , and vendor bookings and travel
Providing world-class service to our studio partners
Maintaining, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics
Collaborating with cross functional partners to deliver against studio partnership deliverables
Leading the Studio Partnership team to deliver against team objectives
