Located on 72 acres, it includes an acute care hospital, medical office buildings, and an ambulatory surgical center, with potential for future expansion. This position leads the development and implementation of facility business strategy, aiming to improve market share in alignment with Tenet Healthcare’s mission and values. The role involves analyzing market dynamics, trends, and competition to meet market demand, assessing market development strategies, and generating innovative ideas for business improvement. It requires exceptional financial management and analytical skills for the annual business planning process and forecasting. The Director will advise the CEO on short- and long-term strategies, establish and influence others to achieve goals, and lead the senior executive team in advancing strategic plans. Additionally, the role supports service line development by identifying, evaluating, and gaining consensus for new or expanded services, collaborating with leaders to ensure physician engagement and understanding of operational components. Performance monitoring, competitive intelligence gathering, and community engagement are key. The position also manages the Provider Outreach Program, building physician relationships and manpower plans consistent with facility needs and service line requirements, while maintaining high visibility and fostering physician loyalty. Data analysis for fact-based decision-making and monitoring variances are crucial. An effective consumer engagement plan and marketing strategies with measurable ROI are also part of the role, along with leading consumer education and enhancing patient experience.
