The Senior Director - Data and AI Strategy & Advisory leads and grows a high-impact advisory practice focused on helping clients define, govern, fund, and scale Data and AI transformations. The role is highly client-facing, working with C-suite and senior leaders to develop data and AI strategies, roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and investment cases that drive measurable business value.Key responsibilities include executive advisory, data and AI strategy development, AI operating model and governance design, solution shaping and delivery oversight, go-to-market leadership, and practice building. The role also drives thought leadership, develops market-ready offerings, and mentors multidisciplinary teams across strategy, data, AI, and delivery.
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.
He/she is renowned for his/her domain expertise internally and externally and has a strong market visibility. He/she plays an instrumental role in the successful delivery of a large project can lead a large team. He/she supports the development of strategic offers and contributes to Capgemini's market positioning.
