About The Position

As a Director, Strategy Realization you will execute key strategic initiatives that shape the Company’s organizational processes, capabilities, and operating model. In this role you will: In collaboration with district and business units, consistently drive strategic initiatives forward. Guide high-impact programs with a focus on aligning each initiative with corporate values and objectives. Facilitate decisive actions and proactively address obstacles to ensure that strategic project plans are completed timely and on budget. Apply and maintain frameworks to monitor and measure the business impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring effort translates into meaningful outcomes. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with districts and business units providing a consistent flow of information and education on project status and goals. Communicate effectively to overcome obstacles, align diverse opinions, and prepare stakeholders for change as the organization implements new initiatives. Proactively identify potential risks, delays, and gaps in decision-making, ensuring prompt escalation and resolution to maintain project momentum. Track and report performance against strategic targets in partnership with functional owners, including productivity, margin improvement, diversification, and market share outcomes. Operate and support governance structures for strategic programs, including steering committees, executive reviews, and escalation forums and recommend improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in general management
  • Four-year degree
  • Wholesale distribution experience preferred
  • Large-scale project management experience
  • Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry
  • Finance and accounting
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Influencing and collaborating effectively across diverse teams
  • Organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution
